They've been around for 75 years or so from what I've gathered. There's a reason. I had my 2024 Golf R worked on when I was in small accident during a snowstorm. The door was dented bad beyond repair on the driver's side and the side skirt had 1 scratch, plus a small dent on the inside fender/door jam where the door meets in the front. They fight hard against insurance companies to get the best for you regarding what needs done and should be done. Then they do that work efficiently and precisely. They replaced the door brand new from VW. The brand new door only had primer on it (because VW and most any other car company are cheap and don't care about you unlike Ken's), so they sanded/buffed the rear drivers side door and front fender in order to match the paint perfectly so the human eye could literally never see the difference. They worked seamlessly with me without any hiccups. I called multiple times throughout the process and every time they were accommodating and respectful, helpful, and never appeared bothered. In this day and age of everybody and their mother owning a shoddy business in some way, shape, or form, this place withstands the test of time for many good reasons. They're trustworthy, do solid/honest work, are patient, and get you back on the road with a vehicle that looks like it's brand new and nothing ever happened. If you live 30 minutes from Ken's Body Shop, a couple hours, or a state or two away, this is the God damn place to take it to.
